Coercion to Peace

The End of War as a Political Instrument

Wars persist not because peoples desire them, but because power controls the resources of survival. Fear, dependency, poverty, and the absence of alternatives have turned human beings into instruments of geopolitics. That is why all previous systems of international security have failed: they sought to restrain states but did not change the economic dependence of people on political authority.

The New System of International Security changes this foundation for the first time. It removes from states the primary lever of war — control over citizens’ income.

Financial Independence as a Mechanism of Coercion

At the center of the new security architecture stands the financial autonomy of the individual. Through Civic Passive Income (CPI), digital property, and participation in global development projects, every person gains a stable source of income independent of loyalty to state power.

In this reality, there is no rational incentive to support war — it reduces income, blocks access to markets, and isolates individuals from development. War becomes economically unprofitable for the population itself — and therefore politically impossible.

A People Without Dependence — A Power Without Support

In states that refuse to join the New System of International Security, a critical rupture emerges. Political authority becomes isolated, while the people — as a community of digital persons — continue to participate in the global digital society.

This is not revolution or protest — it is withdrawal from war due to the absence of benefit.

Isolation of Power, Not of People

States that refuse participation isolate themselves from international law, digital markets, and financial instruments of development. Their citizens, however, remain integrated into global digital ecosystems, receiving income, owning digital property, and investing worldwide.

The sovereignty of violence gives way to the sovereignty of participation.

The End of the Geopolitics of Fear

The New System of International Security does not eliminate states — it eliminates their monopoly on war. Political decisions can no longer contradict citizens’ economic interests without consequences.

Coercion to Peace as a Civilizational Law

When war makes people poorer — it is not supported.
When peace generates income — it is chosen.

This is how war becomes impossible.
This is how fear loses its power.
This is how a new era of international security begins.
