Draft Declaration

on the Establishment of the International Hub
for the Management of Sustainable Development Projects

International organizations [...], Heads of State/Government of countries: [...], [...], [...], as well as the Charitable Foundation “International Security and Sustainable Development” (hereinafter — the Parties),

guided by the principles and objectives set forth in the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Sustainable Development Goals (in particular, Goal 16: “Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions”), the Pact for the Future (2024), the Global Digital Compact (GDC Rev. 3), and other relevant UN General Assembly documents,

recognizing that the current international order faces systemic challenges, including: violations of sovereignty, armed conflicts and aggression, global climate and environmental instability, technological inequality, and increasing risks to human rights in the digital era,

acknowledging that only through the formation of new digital, polycentric, and inclusive mechanisms of global governance can effective responses to these challenges be ensured,

affirming that peace, justice, the rule of law, institutional development, climate adaptation, and digital equality are fundamental prerequisites for global security and a viable future,

agree as follows:

To announce the establishment of a new international organization — the “International Hub for the Management of Sustainable Development Projects” (hereinafter — the International Hub) with its headquarters in Ukraine. The Hub shall function as a multilateral institutional mechanism enabling cooperation among:
