INITIATIVE OF THE CHARTER
of a New International Organization —
The International Hub for the Management of Sustainable Development Projects
Presented on behalf of the
Charitable Foundation “International Security and Sustainable Development”
Why This Charter Is Needed
(and why the United States can be a global leader in this process)
The world is entering a phase in which sustainability, technology, and security are becoming a single,
integrated architecture. Wars are becoming more expensive, climate risks more масштабed,
and digital spaces the core infrastructure of development.
Traditional international organizations can no longer respond fast enough.
That is why we are establishing the International Hub for Sustainable Development Project Management
— a modern, digital, innovative, human-centered platform operating on the principles of transparency,
freedom, and shared benefit.
The Hub’s Charter is:
- a constitution of a new institutional model focused on outcomes rather than bureaucracy;
- a legal foundation for international cooperation in the digital age;
- a universal infrastructure for complex transnational projects.
International Documents and Standards
- The Charter of the United Nations
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
- The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Global Digital Compact (Rev.3)
- Pact for the Future
- Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations (1946)
- Standards of GAVI, UNDP, CERN, ICANN, UNESCO
- Doctrines of digital legal personality, neuro-institutions, and digital sovereignty
What the Charter Establishes

- full inclusion of the innovative private sector.
A Call for Co-Creation
We invite states, foundations, corporations, innovators, and leaders to become part of a new model
of international cooperation aimed at ending “eternal wars” and building a sustainable digital future.
